Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ScaleWithCFO ("the Service") is a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform operated by ScaleWithCFO Ltd ("we", "us"). The Service provides SaaS companies with forecasting, reporting, and financial modelling tools.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Your Data

You retain all rights to the financial data you upload or import into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ScaleWithCFO Ltd. Your use of the Service does not grant you any IP rights beyond a limited licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides financial modelling tools for planning purposes. Forecasts and projections are estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time via Settings > Your Data > Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. On termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
